Returns & Exchanges
At Blitz & Glamour, each piece is designed to elevate your gift—so we want you to love it.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, but if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selections at checkout
- Minor variations in color or print
Please note:
- Returns accepted for 30 days
- Customer provides return shipping
- No restocking fee
- No final sale item
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you.
Please email us at blitzandglamgals@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund if approved.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages
If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We’re happy to help guide you if needed.
Order Changes
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed.
We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund if approved.
